A big part of a successful exam revision plan is understanding your own strengths and weaknesses.

You need to have an iron will and make sure that you focus on the job in hand – which is revising.

For that reason, it’s a good idea to decide whether you are going to use your computer as part of each revision session.

The internet contains thousands of things that are probably more interesting than revising for exams.

Can you be sure that you can resist the temptations of Facebook, Twitter and the rest of the internet for the whole duration of your revision session?

….really sure?

If not, why not just leave your computer or iPhone turned off for half an hour?
